Geyser Days will feature a fun run from Bailey Creek to the geyser. Get there before the geyser goes off at 9 a.m. A salmon lunch or dinner will be available for purchase from 12-6 at the city park. There will be free family fun available as well as bounce houses, live music, a train taking tours over to the geyser and a train for the kids pulled by a four wheeler. At 7 p.m., there will be a street dance in front of the Ender's Hotel.
For the run, the goal is to cross the finish line before the geyser goes off at 9:00 a.m. The race starts at the entrance to Bailey Creek and ends at the City of Soda Springs Geyser. Walkers begin by 7:30 a.m., runners begin by 8:00 a.m.
Course: 5.5 miles for all participants. Race begins at the Bailey Creek tennis courts, follows the road in to town, turn left on 4th S, turn right on 1st W, down Center Street to turn left on Main and ends at the Geyser. The goal is to cross the finish line before the Geyser goes off at 9:00 a.m. The course gains 111 feet in elevation. There will be one water stop along the course. Race is open to traffic, but will be patrolled. Runners are encouraged to un-plug and be aware of their surroundings.
Water, Gatorade, fruit and granola bars will be available for runners to refuel after the race.
Awards: All participants finishing the course before the Geyser goes off at 9:00 a.m. will receive a car decal and a coupon for a snow cone.

Pre-registration must be received by July 15th, 2017 to receive cotton event shirt. Bib numbers will be given out on Friday, July 28 from 6-7 p.m. at City Hall.
Due to the limited parking and the fact that this is a point to point course, participants are encouraged to be dropped off at the start and have a ride waiting at the end of the race.
